Orders over $50 ship free within the continental U.S. For smaller orders, shipping costs vary by location, but typically average around $10.
If your order appears lost or misdelivered, please email concierge@drmarnie.com within 14 days of your shipment notification.
Email us with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund based on the situation.
Yes, we offer international shipping to the UAE, Australia, Canada, the UK, the EU, and many countries across Asia, including Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Orders ship within 2 days and usually arrive within 1–4 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking updates as soon as your order ships.
